Mr. Sikchi looks after Business Setup and Virtual CFO Services. He has expertise in Business setup, Payroll processing, Treasury & Working capital management. He has advised many foreign IT, ITES, BPO companies and their subsidiaries in setting up a business in India and thereafter seamless functioning of the day to day operations. He has worked as virtual CFO for IT giants in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He is also an expert in Company law matters from incorporation to winding up of the company in India and other one time/ regular compliance under Companies Act 2013.

CA. Hardik Thakkar, Partner [FCA, ISA(ICAI), B.Com]
Mr. Thakkar leads auditing and taxation service at SnT. He possesses extensive experience in Statutory and Tax Audit. His areas of interests are indirect taxation – GST, Excise and VAT . Also he has got hands on experience of RBI compliance for FDI and ECB.
Being passionate about Technology, he also works in the areas of Information Systems Audit and Process Audit. He reads and write blogs, plays piano in his free time.
